چکیده

There is a growing interest in zirconia ceramics due to their high flexural strength, excellent corrosion resistance and good biocompatibility. The assembly of advanced material with functions sensing, actuation controlling solve the problems that may arise during its use critical ensure long-term service performance. Within this context, objective work analyse structural health samples by screen-printing silver-based conductive ink on surface subjected maximum load under testing. In doing so, silver was formulated using nanoparticles where polyvinyl pyrrolidone acted as capping agent. Silver then screen-printed onto sintered at 200 °C. sensors measured sensing capabilities printed patterns were investigated four-point probe method. Experimental findings displayed reproducible direct correlation between electrical change strain resulting from displacement applied bending.

Preparing of Highly Conductive Patterns on Flexible Substrates by Screen Printing of Silver Nanoparticles with Different Size Distribution

A facile one-step polyol method is employed to synthesize the Ag nanoparticles (NPs) in large scale. The Ag NPs with different average diameter (from 52 to 120 nm) and particle size distribution are prepared by changing the mass ratio of AgNO3 and PVP. Furthermore, the as-obtained Ag NPs are prepared as conductive inks, which could be screen printed on various flexible substrates and formed as ...

Silver Ink Formulations for Sinter-free Printing of Conductive Films

Inkjet printing offers an attractive method for the deposition of metal interconnects in electronic systems and enables a low-cost, environmentally friendly route to manufacture. However, virtually all current metal inkjet processes require post-deposition sintering treatments to achieve the optimum electrical conductivity, because the growth mechanism involves coalescence of discrete nanoparti...

High Strain and Biocompatible Screen Printed Nanocomposite Based Conductive Pdms Strain Sensors

Strain sensors capable of operating in high strain conditions remain a technical challenge. In particular, biocompatible strain sensor technology is needed that satisfies the following requirements: (1) construction from low modulus materials that approach values of soft biological tissues and (2) high strain operation (≥ 20%). We present a screen printed, nanocomposite-based conductive polydim...

Integration of High-Resolution Laser Displacement Sensors and 3D Printing for Structural Health Monitoring

This paper presents a novel experimental design for complex structural health monitoring (SHM) studies achieved by integrating 3D printing technologies, high-resolution laser displacement sensors, and multiscale entropy SHM theory. A seven-story structure with a variety of composite bracing systems was constructed using a dual-material 3D printer. A wireless Bluetooth vibration speaker was used...

The effect of coloring liquid dipping time on the fracture load and color of zirconia ceramics

PURPOSE The aims of the study were to evaluate the fracture load of zirconia core material after dipping in coloring liquid at different time intervals and to compare the color of dipped blocks with that of prefabricated shaded blocks. MATERIALS AND METHODS 3-unit bridge frameworks were designed digitally. Sixty frameworks were fabricated using uncolored zirconia blocks by CAD/CAM and divided...
